Logistic Assistant (5M Contract)

Logistics Activities 1. Responsible for daily domestic's delivery planning and transports arrangement. 2. Liaising and monitoring transporters performances related to delivery. 3. Documentations accuracy and availability. 4. Responsible for sample courier arrangement. 5. To maintain the logistics information in the domestic sales order book. 6. Compile SCM documents for internal circulation and filling. 7. Ensure internal documents (Delivery order and COA) are matched up. 8. Preparing/arranging documents for domestic's delivery. 9. Perform delivery order confirmation. 10. To support domestic and export logistics functions during when necessary and as backup during emergencies. 11. To support customer service functions during when necessary and as backup during emer-gencies. 12. Production and inventory availability. 13. Customer service planning. 14. Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. 15. Participate in implementing group and regional Supply Chain Management policies. 16. Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement. 17. Act as logistics representative for quality initiatives both internally and externally of Omya. QSHE Compliance 18. Maintain safe working conditions and practices to achieve a zero (0) lost time injury record within the area of responsibility. 19. Perform work duties in accordance with Omya Quality Systems Manual procedures & com-pany policy, and ensure team follow all procedures and policies.
