Logistic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
To assist with transporters' registration into weighing system.
To be responsible for weighing the transporters in and out.
To prepare and ensure all documents needed are complete.
To check and verify the transporters' details before release to the filing station.
To liaise and coordinate with transporters' coordinator on the transport's routes and delivery loads.
To track shipments and input data into the system.
To respond to customer service requests as and when necessary.
To maintain the accuracy of the monitoring sheets and other documents used for record.
To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.
