Schedule planning for Klang Valley delivery & sales order processing on a daily basis, total of 6 trucks per day.
Prepare picking list for the warehouse.
Make appointments with DC before delivery.
Follow up and crosscheck all POD with customer goods received note and ensure they tally with the system.
Liase between sales PIC and transporter when issues occur.
Monitor transporter fulfillment & KPI.
Prepare daily inventory report for the sales department.
Update billing confirmation date in the system before the 10th of every month.
Prepare delivery claim (Delivery Instruction) for the transporter during month-end.
Loscam docket management - Issue/transfer/dehire transactions.
Ensure documents are in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
