Logistic Customer Service

Perform customer service in communicating with customers for shipment arrangements.Liaise with warehouse, vendors, and overseas agents for shipment updates and movements.Handle documents and be in charge of billing whenever assigned by HOD.Willing to accept any task assigned by management from time to time.Applicant must be willing to work extra hours and under work stress.Requirements:Preferably, at least one year of working experience related to Freight Forwarding/NVocc background would be an advantage.Fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree in Logistics study are welcome to apply.Required languages: Mandarin, English.Candidatesfluent inMandarin speaking are preferredas the role requires dealing withMandarin speaking clients and agents.Able to handle the job with minimum supervision.Good personality, responsive, and positive working attitude.Full-time position(s).#J-18808-Ljbffr
