Responsible for logistics operation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Manage international import and export shipment preparation and documentation according to the requirements.
Ensure compliance with LMW regulations, customs requirements, and other relevant laws.
Understand the local HS codes and import regulations of each country and ensure compliance.
Knowledge of Certificate of Origin (COO) – Preferential and Non-preferential.
Knowledge of Sales Tax Exemption (SST Exemption).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing reliable and efficient logistics services.
Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or customer complaints promptly.
Liaise with forwarding agents and all government bodies on export/import permit applications.
Perform customs clearance and declaration for import and export shipment.
Resolve any problems arising or complaints pertaining to logistics matters internally and externally.
Support project team to send our high-quality products to destinations all around the world.
Support purchasing team to receive material from our different suppliers abroad.
Plan transport options according to the client requirements in close communication with the project manager.
Organize independently the transport.
Monitor the transport and align other activities with the project manager.
Prepare any related documents pertaining to logistics as required by the Department Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in logistics and shipping management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of LMW regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.
Exposure to multinational companies and international shipments.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.
