Logistic Executive

Responsibilities:
Deal with forwarder for shipping booking arrangement for Import and Export (Sea, Air, Trucking & Courier).
Maintain documentation related to shipping activities.
Communicate and liaise with importers, exporters, shipping lines, and overseas partners through email and phone.
Read shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other documents to determine priorities and shipping methods that are needed and meet schedules.
Liaise with forwarder/agent for shipment clearance.
Check the billing from forwarder and submit for payment.
Prepare monthly/weekly reports and updates.
Sourcing and negotiating with new potential suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.
Customs:
Liaise with customs for any related Import/Export issues.
Renew and update LMW license.
Prepare monthly and yearly reports to LMW.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Business Administration or equivalent.
Resourceful, proactive, presentable, and with a positive attitude.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malay is preferable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
