Logistic Intern

(2 INTERNSHIP VACANCIES OPEN FOR JAN/FEB/MAR 2025 INTAKE)
You will be playing a role to support day to day of Logistics Department's operation and administrative tasks which includes the following activities:
Logistics
Contributes to the generation and preparation of custom reports.
Prepare custom GPB AM and GPB 1 for incoming/outgoing shipments.
Prepare shipment and liaise with forwarder for outgoing shipment.
Support the team during coordination of unload, packing and crating of machine.
Assist in raising Purchase Request.
Perform any other duties that assigned by Manager from time to time.
Assist in issuing of standard parts of machines.
Coordinate process of receiving return parts.
Assist in administrative duties such as filing of documents.
Provide assistance in monthly stock count.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management Studies / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / equivalent.
Able to travel to Bayan Lepas, Penang.
2 vacancies available for a duration of 3 months and above.
