Logistic Manager

**Job Descriptions**:- Negotiate competitive freight costs to secure the sales orders from customers.- At the time of shipment, to negotiate further on freight rates for cost reductions and freight savings and to secure the vessel space and containers.- Coordination of shipments within 7 to 21 days once planning executed.- Resolve shipping issues & customer complaints related to shipping.- Smooth coordination between liners, warehouse & documentation departments.- Customization & requirements of shipments according to export country regulations.- To monitor subordinates shipping documents are completed accurately and submitted to customers within the target date.- To ensure zero/reduction on errors on shipping documents prepared by subordinates which may lead to amendment fees and container demurrage charges.- Resolve issues related to documentation and clearance at port of loading & port of discharge.- To ensure marine policy are covered for all shipments and in line with the incoterm.- To initiate insurance claim process and claims are within the approved premium and to ensure claims amount are received.- To ensure shipments are executed on the requested date by customers.- To provide weekly shipment updates including planning and cargo movement tracking to key customers.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Degree/Master in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.- Good knowledge in LMW requirements.- At least more than 6 years of working experience in manufacturing operations.- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
