Logistic Officer

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsible for Export Shipment operations:
Prepare document for payment
Ensure picking/stuffing memo is ready for loading operations
Prepare Letter of Indemnity to Shipping Lines
Prepare all customs clearance documents
Update shipping instructions and invoices in the system and to the documentation team
Update vessel delay in the Shipping Order Form
Update VGM twice daily
Ensure BL draft information accuracy and upload into shipping portal
Experience / Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in a similar position or equivalent
Familiar with Incoterms and International Shipping terms
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to respect deadlines and maintain records in an orderly and accurate manner
Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak
