Logistic Supervisor

Job Summary: The Logistic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of goods and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
Lead, train, and manage logistics staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and logistics service providers.
Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations and performance metrics.
Qualifications: SPM or Diploma's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Proficient in logistics software or transport management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
