Logistic Supervisor

To ensure truck drivers perform as per delivery planning arranged by Senior Logistics Executive. To supervise, train and motivate subordinates in their daily work to achieve maximum efficiency. To ensure truck drivers conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance of trucks To monitor truck driver movement To manage and ensure truck drivers petrol and toll usage To attend court and matters relating to summonses To communicate with workshops to inspect and ensure that repairs are carried out effectively To monitor tyre usage and ensure the usage are within budget allocated Perform any others duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time. Minimum 3 years related experiences in Logistics management . Possess recognized qualification(s) in logistics management. Knowledge and proven experience in scheduling road trip, maintenance truck repair, manage truck driver and transportation of goods.  Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and BM Preferably can communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
