Logistic Support Coordinator

Qualifications : - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.Major in Business Information will be an added advantage. Requirements : - Excellent communication skills.- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking.- Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft Excel and data entry.- A team player and initiative.- Mandatory language in written and spoken - English.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job Descriptions : - Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.- Prepare DO/Packing list and invoices.- Conduct stock take.- Oversee insurance coverage.- Resolving issues with inventory and deliveries.- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times and transport costs.- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.- Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.
