To handle general administrative tasks in the officeAble to prepare efficient data recording or documentationsAssisting day-to-day operationsManage stock levels and maintenance of the warehouse.Preparing orders and maintaining inventory records including loan kit.Liaise with logistic for the delivery of the orderLiaise with internal staffs and external work-related personnelsHandling office calls, incoming and outgoing mailingsResponsible for clerical worksOrganize office documentation and filing system.To handle the loan kit record Requirements;
At least 1 years working experience in related fieldTeam player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levelsAble to communicate with English, Malay or Mandarin averagelyMust have good communication skillsLooking or a stable and permanent jobFresh graduate is welcome to apply.
