Logistics Administrator

Responsible to Arrange, Prepare, Update Product In-stock for Product Delivery- Responsible to Prepare Delivery Order (DO) & Invoice and issue to transporter and sales- Responsible to Coordinate and Communicate with Sales Coordinator in Singapore and Transporter on loading & unloading issue- Responsible to liaise with factory / Malaysia transporter regarding transporter issue- Responsible to Prepare and File Documents and Record for ISO 9001: 2015 audit- Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower- Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard- Responsible for reception and attend to visitors**Job Requirements**:- Minimum STPM- At least 2 years of similar working experience- Experience related to procurement, store, shipping and logistics will be an added advantage- Good communication, interpersonal and interpretation skills- Possess analytical competencies- Positive attitude and able to work independently**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/09/2023Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
