Job Description SummaryAssisting Logistics Supervisor by providing information to customers, documenting shipping paperwork, solving shipping issues, and implementing best practices in shipping processes.Job DescriptionPlan shipment – forecast, scheduling, and coordination
Coordinate with shipping agent on customs clearance and documentation
Prepare export documentation including exhibits/certificates
Initiate PI count – weekly/monthly/yearly
PI count reconciliation and JDE update
Manage permits/licenses – NoaH, Poison, LMW, Skim Milk, Bank Guarantee
Prepare monthly Customs report (M1, M2, M4, Sub Con)
Handle scrap form & arrangement
Coordinate on scrap value with internal department and scrap vendor
Issue orders for supplies (PO)
Verify billing invoices
Conduct JDE transactions
Apply for customs exemption
Perform any other tasks or duties as directed by superior
Follow BOP requirements in task performance
Update BOP into Master Control in line with current processes
Attend to customs queries if necessary
Build good relationships with internal departments and authorities.Required Skills
