**Responsibilities**:1) **Operations**:- **Purchase Order**: checking purchase order received from customers and putting it into system (BAAN, Esker)- **Supply Chain**:- Updating the delivery schedule for the placed PO, maintain related documents, coordinating with finance for payment.- Check pre-shipment samples, COA, shipping document before arrival of the goods.- **Logistics**: Co-ordinating with warehouse and logistics for upcoming shipment and ensuring smooth delivery to warehouse.- **Quality Checks**: If there is any damage, order replacement carton/packaging material to re-pack.- **Release**: Allocate stock to customers and inform relevant departments for further processing.- **Database management**: Maintaining a dashboard for OEM business (monthly sales forecast, OEM upcoming items).2) **Regulatory and QA**:- **Change Control**: Prepare change control forms for artwork, stock code for the approved product and ensuring approval on time from QA and RA department.- **Document Checks**: Checking artwork and stock code for approval.**Job Requirements**:- Degree in Science or any related field with minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.- Experience in handling logistics and supply chain management is a must.- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.- Possess good analytical and planning abilities.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Perak Tengah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- logistics and supply chain: 2 years (preferred)
