Logistics Assistant

Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Monitor daily diesel and tyres consumption report and do monthly analysis.
Plan and coordinate with customers for daily operations requirements.
Follow up the progress of specific tasks assigned in business planning.
Monitor truck movement and ensure on-time delivery.
Compile related documents for billing.
Prepare end month report for payment of driver salary & claims.
Execute key business initiatives with action plan and timeline.
Handle vehicle upkeep for maintenance.
Supervise and coordinate project activities.
Facilitate development of new business or projects by aligning company resources.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any related field (preferable Supply Chain Management / Logistics).
Outgoing candidate with good communication skills, able to speak English and Malay.
Able to operate Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
