Job Description:Daily data entry for returns parcelsResearch on streamlining outbound operations in a more economical and efficient wayCoordinate with external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Business Development) and implement actions defined for operational excellenceMake decisions on disposal methods for return parcels based on the types of parcelsOther ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managerRequirements:GCE O Level and aboveProficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)Responsible and positive attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding on business implicationsAbility to pick up new skills promptly and proactivelyAble to work in a warehouse for night shift: Mon - Fri, 9pm to 6am (weekends maybe included)Able to work in the West area of Singapore
