Responsibilities: -
To check and confirm receipts for all printed invoices from the Operations Department.To submit the Customer & Sales copy invoice to the Senior Sales Administrator (Sales Department).To confirm receipt of the general & modern trade customers' delivery orders (DO).Accountable for Account Receivable (AR) documents tracking and submission to the Operations Department for all General customer types.Responsible for completing the daily production of finished goods records data.Accountable to fulfill any new task assigned by the management. Requirements: · Preferable candidate with Admin/ clerical is an advantage.
· Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
· Skills: Basic computer knowledge of Excel & Word.
· Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
· Able to work immediately.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
