Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to Customer Service Manager and/ or appointed immediate superior- Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.- To ensure that all daily transportations and shipments are scheduled to customers' needs.- To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.- To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.- To control all petty cash for upfront payments and must be invoice to customers.- To control of Levy and Toll for sub contractor's truck.- To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers' needs.- To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.- To check/monitor that permits and forms are prepared accordingly to requirements.- To ensure the timely of documents to meet import/export and to allow truck waiting.- Create a good working environment among staff.- Must works independently and always a team player.- Must able to undertake other scope like ISO, Safety and others.- Above duties & responsibilities instruct by superior may be revised from time to tim**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (required)
