Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with external agencies, i.e., customs.
Coordinate with internal operation team, customer service team, and customers.
Job Requirements:Familiarity with HS code, customs, and government agencies rules & regulations would be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Customer-oriented, mature, and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are vital.
The candidate must be a team player with a high level of integrity and commitment.
