Job Description
In charge in shipping order assignment and preparing shipping order for drivers.Follow up and update customers status and informationAssist with placement of customers ordersHandle customer enquiries via calls or chats.Perform other adhoc tasks which will be assigned from time to time.Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery of service.Possess strong sense of responsibilityFriendly and able to work co-operatively with other colleaguesAble to work independentlyFollow up and update shipping status and information to client. Requirements: Good in writing and communication skillsLanguage Required (English & Malay)At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service / Logistic.
Basic salary : RM 1,600 - RM 2,500 (depend on work experience)
Working Days : 5 Days per week
Location : Kawasan perindustrian Merlimau
