Logistics Delivery Fulfillment Executive

KEY Positionsto supervise, assist and analyze day-to-day operations (supervisor, fleets, and drivers).
Ensure shift supervisors perform accordingly and assist in resolving issues with drivers or vehicles in order for SAFE DELIVERY.
Perform to achieve the Company's and Client's TARGET in accordance with the Company's policies and Client's requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Daily Operations
Supervise, assist, and review Shift Supervisor tasks.
Manage drivers' attendance and leave issues.
Oversee drivers' work and rest hours.
Develop a weekly plan for driver and truck availability.
Update truck movement and issues.
Ensure proper and polite communication with the client's planner.
Facilitate clear daily deliveries without outstanding issues.
