is a Japanese-based manufacturing company specialized in metal tube parts or machine-processed parts for the automotive industry, with a strong joint-venture partnership with Nakagawa Special Steel Group and Toyota Tsusho Group.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Prepare full set of shipping documents (IV, PL, BL, DO, Form D, Form K2) for import & export shipments.
Follow up on customer order status until delivery to the customer site.
Coordinate with production control and warehouse department for delivery schedules and product loading to ensure timelines are met.
Liaise with consignee/forwarder regarding shipment quotations and HS codes.
Ensure all logistic information is adequately defined, including packaging, mode of transport, documentation, etc.
Responsible for obtaining customer feedback and satisfaction through customer scorecard and portals.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
Preferably at least one year of related working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics field.
Well-versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (added advantage).
