What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of shipments while adhering to trade regulations to achieve customer satisfaction
Manage shipping arrangements, including freight booking and coordinating packing schedules
Accurately prepare essential shipping documents for every shipment
Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure seamless deliveries
Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to address and resolve logistics-related challenges
Develop, implement, and maintain logistics procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
Educational background in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
Solid understanding of government statutory requirements and freight forwarding procedures, including BL, FORM D, CJ3, CJ5, etc.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage complex logistics challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
