Logistics Executive

ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Liaise with local and international suppliers, manage purchase orders, and monitor order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee shipping activities, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistical efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate transportation activities, negotiate with carriers, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Address and resolve logistical issues, including delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies, in a prompt and effective manner.
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to align logistical activities with company objectives.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of logistical operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
