Job ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the monthly stock checking and responsible in stock accuracy.
Assist in verifying & checking goods loaded for delivery are correct in quantity/condition & type.
Maintain simplicity in the overall process of team and people performance management.
Monitoring for all export and import shipping containers movements and documentations done by shipping coordinator.
Oversee the operation of loading work.
Make sure all the equipment is in good condition for loading work.
To investigate if there is customer complaint raised.
To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
Supervise and control stock arrangements.
Monitoring with haulage to pull back the laden to port on time.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments for order delivery related.
Ensure 5S and housekeeping is maintained after each loading or delivery.
Perform any other duties as directed by the HOD from time to time.
Job QualificationsPossess Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Preferable to those who have minimum 1 year of working experience in logistic/warehousing company.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and departments effectively.
Ability to write clear and concise reports and handle logistics-related matters with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
