Logistics Executive (Kuching/Kota Kinabalu)

-SAP updated data for stock control.
-Administer Import/Export documents for machines, parts, and tooling (check details in shipping documents; price, packing list, goods descriptions, marking, and B/L).
-Coordinate and communicate with overseas customers, agents, shipping line agents, customs brokers, and the internal team.
-Coordinate with local vendors in preparing vehicles for transporting machines, parts, and tooling to site (study packing dimensions, suitability of containers, weight, road, distance, location, etc.).
-Maintain updated records of customer shipment orders.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
-Well organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
-Problem-solving skills.
-Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.
-Very good computer literacy skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
