Coordination and execution of logistics operations, import and export shipments.
Liaise with agents on rate enquiries, booking processes, delivery planning, and documentation support.
Prepare shipping documents.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve shipping-related issues.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preparing and processing shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
Monitoring shipments and providing updates to clients on the status of their orders.
Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process.
Maintaining accurate records and data related to shipments and inventory.
Collaborating with the logistics and warehousing teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.
Prepare all shipping documents accurately.
Ensure proper documentation for K1 and K2 forms and more.
Open to Ad-Hoc tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, or in a similar industry.
Good command of English.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, along with relevant experience in logistics or a related industry.
