Responsibility


-Check ETA and warehouse inbound datecheck and Update direct shipment


-Check container status from factory- update monitoring list


-Arrange delivery instruction ( delivery address PIC )


-Collected POD and serial number list ( and pass to sales admin)


-Follow up with sale admin on invocie number and SN number COA - expired list

-At least 4 - 6 months internship period


-Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


-Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.


-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


-Able to start immediately
