Logistics Officer/Administrator (1 Year Contract Position)Responsibilities:
Update Raw Material (RM) & Finish Goods (FG) Shipment tracking report.
Verify Invoice vs billing from forwarders.
SAP entry, scan invoice to AP Indomal & send approval email to HOD.
SAP entry for invoice billing.
Transport arrangement and monitoring for local delivery, collection from TN, tolling to/from SIK & PKO.
Arrange transport for own collection material from supplier/courier.
Logistic expenses report.
DO issuance / COA, color chip preparation for outgoing FG.
Liaise with General Warehouse on RM collection & Transport from external warehouse.
Follow up from DB and RM Planning Supervisor on changes if any.
Prepare DO for RM collection from External Warehouse and tolling compounder.
Experience:
Preferably, experience from 1 to 2 years.
