Inventory Control
-Manage Daily Inventory Receiving Flow
-Responsible for the documentation of Muji Malaysia Shipment Include Invoices, Purchase Order, BL, Packing list and any other shipping documents.
-Inter Store Transfer (IST) Flow Administrator
-Manage Inventory Stock take Flow and Schedule
-To uphold and maintain Inventory System Accuracy within assigned accessibility.
Routine / Daily
-Posting of Purchase Orders for Stores promptly – TC Shipment and WH PO receiving
-Liaise closely with outsource TASCO WH, Nippon, freight companies
-Ensure completion and filing of Shipment Invoices, Purchase Orders and Receive Confirmation Note
-Consolidate and Filing of Inter Store Transfer documents
-Investigate and Report in details for any Inventory Inaccuracy
-Checking of Shipping Charges, Delivery Charges to Store and Home Delivery.
Monitor
-To ensure the inventory control system is promptly updated for Inventory movement.
-Ensure timely update of data to System, include monitoring of documents from Outsource Warehouse, IST from Store Operation, P.O. from Merchandising Dept.
-Notify Store Operation to complete outstanding task on IST.
-Check P.O.s against Shipment documents.
-Review Warehouse workflow periodically and suggest for improvement.
Reports
-To prepare daily Stock Listing and send it to Store, Buyer and MD.
-Submit Receiving documents to Accounts for month end closing
-Logistic Cost submission every month.
-Any other reports or analysis as per instruction by General Manager.

; Requirements:-
-A Diploma or Degree holder
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel is a must.
-Must be able to work under fast pace working environment.
-Experience in Retail logistic / shipping- line / customs will be an added advantage
