Logistics Representative (12 Months Contract

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Work closely with logistics and warehousing operations team to execute daily planning and routing of outbound shipments from Ecolab shipping facilities.- This includes outbound customer shipments as well as inter facility replenishment demands.- Keeps track on Proof of Delivery document and perform ship confirm in system on timely basis- Communicates effectively and fosters clear cooperation with team & internal contacts to address service & cost interests.- Diligent follow-up and monitor customer requirements to execute high service level.- Inbound shipment planning: Work with suppliers to meet plan delivery date and quantity requirements to optimize service, inventory and cost (Particularly looking into equipment/spare parts/reagents).- Active involvement in ERP migration preparation activities- Assist with strategic network design projects to improve service and control cost.**Independence level**:- Expected to work independently in day-to-day completion of activities and tasks- Expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, generating and implementing ideas to improve results and effectiveness in the role itself or in coordination with other roles.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management.- High level of proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word- Good oral and written communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.Contract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Signing bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
