Join the dynamic team at TRANS JAYA SDN BHD as a full-time Logistics Sales Account Manager / Executive based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships within comprehensive logistics services industry (Cargo Forwarding; Ocean / Air Freights; Warehousing; Haulage Transportation; Last-Mile Delivery)
What you'll be doing Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities to expand the company's client baseBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retentionNegotiating and closing sales contracts to meet and exceed sales targetsProviding excellent customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concernsCollaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery of logistics servicesMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales prospectsPreparing regular sales reports and presentations for managementWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industryStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsFluent in English and Bahasa; Mandarin proficiency is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clientsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and driven with a results-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with industry trends and regulations in the freight and cargo forwarding / logistics sectorFamiliarity with basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.What we offer
