Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall supply chain management.
Manage Logistic team, LSP and sub-contractors tasks progress and monitor the risk and status, including organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare the monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk.
Address customer issues or complaints.
Develop operating strategies, plans or procedures.
Maintain safety in the workplace, compliance with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Candidate Requirements:Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
3-5 years of experience in Logistics Business.
Proactive with a challenging attitude.
Proven working experience in the Logistics field.
Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
