Logistics Specialist / Senior Specialist ( Warehouse )Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy of inventory records, conducting regular audits, and resolving discrepancies.
Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse and working area (5S).
Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient warehouse layout.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory levels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, Malay, English as a daily working language, fluent in Chinese is preferred;
More than 3 years' experience in warehouse operations or logistics;
Proficient in ERP, SAP and other operating systems, skilled operation of Office and other office software;
High supply chain professional skills, familiar with the procurement, planning, production, and warehouse departments related to the operation and management;
Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork, quick response, and team management skills.
