Logistics Warehouse Executive/ Senior ExecutiveManaging and ensuring the smoothness of day-to-day logistics warehouse administration and operation.
Responsible for the logistic management assigned, i.e., receiving, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
Creating and maintaining proper materials transfer and data updates in the system.
Troubleshoot inventory issues.
Sustain and continually improve on the standard of quality and productivity to meet customer and company targets.
Responsible for manpower planning and staff training in order to achieve cost-effectiveness while maintaining high accuracy.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding logistics activities.
Attend to customer audits, working with Quality Executive to establish the standard operating procedures and work instructions to fulfill customer requirements.
Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the store/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
Experience in 3PL logistics will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Forklift driving experience will be an added advantage.
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels.
Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with external parties.
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both verbal and written skills.
Approachable with a pleasant disposition, resourceful, initiative, able to multi-task.
