Job DescriptionSecuring the most lucrative spots in each store and positioning products in an appealing manner.
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross selling of products in each store.
Keeping a regular check on inventory to ensure that stores are furnished with sufficient supplies at all times.
Performing competitor analyses to ensure that we stay competitive as the market leader.
Competitive store promotions.
Clearing unsuitable products from the displays (Other brands, EOL SKU, white box).
Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of retail locations in assigned territory.
Maintains quality results by following and enforcing planogram standards.
Maintains partner relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees.
Ensure all demos are placed correctly on the shelves (Demo and stocks must be related and follow the planogram).
Ensure all experience zone corners (PC Gaming, PC Office, Gaming console, etc.)
are filled with Logitech products and spec cards.
Submit weekly merchandising reports on a weekly basis.
Update the Fixtures and POSM list with photos in the Masterlist file on a weekly basis.
Prepare demos that need to be couriered out, including packing, preparing CN, and DO.
All maintenance from AM or Partner to be updated in the Maintenance list.
Check online partners' prices and update AMs on a weekly basis.
Job RequirementsAt least 1 year proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the industry.
Experience with visual merchandising and store layout design.
Familiarity with e-commerce and online merchandising practices.
Strong understanding of merchandising principles and retail math.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
