Job Responsibilities
Loading and unloading of goods, ensuring goods loading within the targeted timeline.
Inspecting and ensuring the cleanliness of the vehicle.
Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and performing preventative maintenance.
Safely transporting goods to and from distribution centers.
Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations.
Finding the quickest and safest route to destination.
Following accident procedures.
Reporting any accidents or delays of delivery to immediate superior.
Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
