Job Responsibilities:Experience with setting up molds and SILICONE PROCESS for injection molding machines and automated equipment.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of all LSR machinery, equipment and systems.
Monitor and correct efficiencies of processes.
Train employees on jobs and perform machine/mold setups.
Troubleshoot process and machine issues and repair/correct findings.
Implement and maintain SIM (Scientific Injection Molding) where appropriate.
Pull, clean, measure screws and barrels as required – maintaining updated/accurate database.
Develop and manage validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ) and provide objective evidence that equipment, processes, test methods, and product meet requirements and are compliant with regulations.
Generate and maintain documentation for all internal manufacturing processes.
Prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
Carry out any other duties and job functions when required by superior or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
Academic Requirement:Diploma and above in LSR Molding / Plastic Injection Molding or related field.
Office Hours:Monday - Friday
