This remote position requires a highly motivated and experienced professional who can manage complex itineraries, ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction, and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with high-end clientele to design and book personalized ground travel experiences, including accommodations, transfers, and activities.
Leverage your knowledge of the APAC region to provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to clients' preferences.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.
Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments within the APAC region.
What We're Looking For:Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
3+ years of proven experience in luxury travel, reservations, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional knowledge of the APAC region, including premium destinations and travel logistics.
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with a global team.
