The LV Chargeman is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to:• Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard OperatingProcedures and reliability governance.• Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.• Facilitate and administer Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.• Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.• Facilitate reliability improvement projects focused on new technology development, evaluation, and application to both existing and emerging risks.• Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.• Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.• Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses.• Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user.Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Op Report, Weekly MRM Report, Monthly Report, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PMLocation: On-site –Bayan Lepas, MalaysiaJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.We take our responsibility to protect the personal information provided to us seriously.Generally the personal information we collect from you are for the purposes of processing in connection with JLL's recruitment process.We endeavour to keep your personal information secure with appropriate level of security and keep for as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons.We will then delete it safely and securely.
