M253 AH C(A45) Position Tittle : Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager Company Background: Food Manufacturing Working Hour: 8am 5.45pm / 8.30am 6.15pm Working Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Working Location : Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor Salary Range: RM 6000 to RM 8000 Fixed Allowance: Meal RM 200 + Travel RM 500 Benefits: Bonus (Depends on performance), Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick Leave, EPF & SOCSO Jobs Description: Responsible for overseeing and managing day to day activities in both local and oversea market.
Accomplishes business development activities by developing market opportunities and implementing sales planning.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, strategic planning, and performance reviews Build a good relationship and promote open communication with all departments to effectively support markets and customers Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, including coordination of new product development initiatives Deliver product demonstrations to customers during visits, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and techniques.
Plan and implement monthly business plan for the direct reports and customer visit Job Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields At least 5 years of working experiences in manufacturing field in food industry.
Willing to travel both local and oversea and work independently with own transport Understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors Good business mind and financial literacy Strategic thinking and results-oriented Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving Good work ethic
