Job Title : Sales Manager (2pax) Salary Range:Basic RM6k - RM8k + subsidy + Commission Working Hours:Mon - Fri (9:00am - 6:00pm) Working Location:Work from home and need to travel (Head office in Senai JB) Travel Expenses will be covered by company One sales manager goes to the United States, the other to the Middle East and Africa to penetrate new markets Travel is not year-round, usually takes up 4-6 months Company Background:Laboratory Equippment Supplier Responsibilities: 1?Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; 2?Collect marketing information and provide management timely, including competitors activities, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services; 3?Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports; 4?Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers; 5?Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments; 6?Visit labs/distributors in the area. Requirements and skills: 1?Bachelors degree must be in Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Pharmaceuticals,analytical background etc. related field; 2?At least 3 years work experience in research/clinical field of general laboratory equipment or consumables or reagents; 3?Experience in dealing with end users and the developing distribution channels. Having well connection with the distributors network throughout the country will be preferred; 4?Fluent in spoken and written English& Chinese; 5?Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills; 6?Willing to frequently travel .
