M&E Consultancy - Electrical Engineer

Collaborate and coordinate with Architectural and other professionals towards rectification of design drawing from conceptual, tender until implementation.Communicate with Clients regarding specific requirements and design intent of projects and presenting propose designs intent to Managers and Clients.Develop conceptual and detailed design solutions in line with Client's brief.Perform mechanical designs that comply with the current authority requirements.Obtain approval from relevant authorities.Estimate projects cost, agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with Clients.Provide mechanical & electrical engineering support to estimators for the pricing/budgeting.Coordinate the mechanical and electrical system throughout the project.Coordinate and manage interface (internal and external) between M&E systems and other disciplines and areas.Perform technical and quality reviews of project information.Production of mechanical specifications.Develop tender specification, bill of quantities and regulate its contents so that it includes the complete drawing prerequisite.Review technical competency of mechanical works.Review and approve detailed design specifications and drawings submitted by Contractors.Manage and monitor contractor's work progress and workmanship timely and ensure comply with requirements and specifications.Periodic site inspection and attend meetings during course of construction of projects.
