M&E Engineer / Coordinator (Penang)

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor works of M&E sub-contractors.Site monitoring inspection, liaison with local authorities, testing and commissioning.Ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan and procedures method statement.Assist on site and check all drawings are prepared and implemented.Assist in resource planning, machinery allocation on a day to day basic to ensure works at site are carried out in a timely manner.Supervise or coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works.To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety policies.Perform personal functions, such as supervision of production workers, technicians, technologists and design of evaluation work programs.Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.Job Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Preferably candidates with at least 3 years related working experience in contractor / consultant firm.Possess good technical skills and sound judgement in decision making.Required skills: Autocad and Ms Office.Willing to be based in Penang.
