Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the technical lead during the pre-bidding and bidding phases, and prepare ELV system technical proposals.
-Independently prepare, review, and analyze tender documents to meet bidding requirements and specifications, ensuring timely submission.
-Engage with customers to analyze, clarify, and identify their true requirements, introduce industry trends, and develop ELV system solutions.
-Interpret ELV tender drawings effectively and prepare tender quantities for the Bill of Materials (BOM) or Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
-Finalize the list of tenders and necessary approval documentation, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure compliance with tender submission requirements.
-Develop and review project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines throughout design and construction phases.
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain material and labor pricing for tenders.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
-Possess a CIDB membership/green card.
-In-depth knowledge of Malaysian/Indonesian ELV system design standards, mainstream products, system architecture, and functions, with expertise in smart building subsystems such as CCTV, structured cabling, computer networks, public address, conference systems and etc.
-Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office, and other professional software tools.
-Demonstrated ability to independently prepare tender documents in accordance with bidding requirements.
-Strong understanding of suppliers and manufacturers' databases and pricing structures.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
-Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale projects and established companies.
-Willingness to work extra hours and travel during peak project periods.
