M&E Manager

Responsibilities : -
- Responsible in the M&E costing and contract.
- Preparing variation cost, cost negotiation with
clients/consultants/subcontractors and to finalize project account.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Providing cost comparisons and preparing M&E correspondence
(draft).
- To implement project document control at headquarters level.
- Evaluating progress claims.
Requirements : -
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical & Electrical
Engineering or equivalent.
- Well versed in Electrical scope (construction industry)
- Experience in Food Factory
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of working experience in construction.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
- Capable for working under pressure.
- Proactively manage and build a good relationship with Client and
Consultant.
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project and Auto Cad are an added advantage.
