You will be responsible to:Assist in managing overall construction site planning, work programme, operation, activities and all related reports of system works. Coordinate with consultants, builders and subcontractors on system works of the assigned projects. Coordinate with local authorities regarding site and construction related permit or approval. Provide input and monitor the master and detailed work programme in order to complete the project within the timeline. Monitor system work progress, drawing status, catalogues and sample approval status. Monitor testing and commissioning works by subcontractors to achieve system performance requirement. Participate in site meetings and coordinate with all site staff and subcontractors to resolve issues or site matters. Review inspection schedules and complete inspection checklists. Oversee and manage subcontractors' interim claims. Ensure smooth progress and efficiency of the construction work by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specification standards and contractual obligations. Ensure on-site work is completed according to schedule for the site implementation team to function without compromising safety or quality. Ensure the project complies with the standard safety, health and environmental guidelines as established by the authority. Ensure the sites implement the respective designs according to the endorsed design drawings. Ensure the building design is in compliance with all the local authority requirements and meeting the timeline to obtain the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). Keep track record on all assigned project documents related to the subject matter of scopes. Provide guidance to the site personnel in carrying out their tasks.To be successful for the role:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other equivalent fields.Minimum 8 years of working experience in infrastructure or building construction, or related fields. Proven experience as Senior Engineer/Deputy Manager specialising in system works of railway constructionWorking knowledge of CAD software, drawing programs, and modelling software. • Well versed in BIM modeller or relevant software in regards to building and infrastructure design.Well versed in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or relevant software
