M&E Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our M&E project tender processes by managing sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to meet project requirements.

Location: Bangsar South, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&E project tender sourcing activities, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure optimal value and project alignment.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to define procurement needs and timelines.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs to ensure competitive and quality proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.
- Track market trends, including new vendors, material costs, and technology updates.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, or related fields.
- Proven experience in M&E project procurement, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local and international M&E suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants is an advantage.
